Product Description:  Our premium Wisconsin grown cranberries are matured on the vine to attain a deep red coloration in the finished product. The fruit is harvested late in the season to ensure a high quality fruit. The fruit is then electronically and manually color sorted and passed through metal detectors, ensuring a safe quality product.

Size 95% pass through a 5/8” screen
Defects Practically free of harmless extraneous plant & insect material. Unusable fruit never to exceed 3%. Conforms to USDA guidelines for Grade A classifications.
Flavor Typical; free from objectionable flavors and odors of any kind.


Microbiological:   Cranberries are inherently a low risk fruit with very low microbiological levels due to its acidic pH range below 3.0.  Simply Incredible Foods periodically tests for micro’s, and that information is available but may not be applicable for the exact lot number you are receiving.   If micro testing is required, please inquire.

Guarantee:  We guarantee that this product is not adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, including Pesticide, Chemical, and Food Additive Amendments to this Act.  Our grower’s use only registered pesticides, and no illegal or unsafe residues remain on the fruit.


Enclosed in a non-sealed 1.8 mil low density polyethylene liner (LDPE) inside a corrugated box.
