Product Description:  Our Sweet Aronia Berries are cleaned to Grade A status, then the tannins are reduced with a non-chemical extraction method.  We continue to enhance the flavor and lessened the astringency by lightly infusing with a touch of sugar as well as raspberry flavor.   This IQF product is then equilibrated to a specific Brix and moisture content.  The process conforms to all provisions of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
